- Description: A pale, strong, fruity, hoppy Trappist ale from one of Belgium’s six official abbey breweries. Achel 8° is hard to find even in Belgium; in the U.S. it’s up there with the rarest of beers. This blond, flavorful beer is a surprisingly refreshing brew at 8% alcohol by volume. It is lightly filtered, but still wholesomely hazy with yeast remaining and refermenting in the bottle.

Because the warrior needs to rest in winter as well, the Lefebvre Brewery has produced for you, from October to February, a winter Barbar Brassin.
Issue of high fermentation, Barbar winter Brassin is a brown ale containing Honey (2,5%). It is consumed cold, at approximately 5°C.

- Description: Oerbier means original, from the spring. This beer has been brewed in small scale (5 gallons). Oerbier is brewed from no less than 6 malts. - Description: Strong and complex winter beer with a really malty character and notes of chocolate. 8% alc/vol.
Note: Zwarte Piet 2012 is a rebranded version of Equinox with a 8.2% abv. It is different than the retired Zwarte Piet which contained Cantillon Gueuze.

- Description: It has aromatic grass and sweetness with apple, mills and honey and an acidity pinch (the scent can be something similar to Brown ale). The flavor happens to immediate bursts, bitter chocolate and anise. Halfway of tasting, one can detect plum and frambues. The finished one is long, with fruit tastes, plum and some sharp ones.

Feels like the sound shot of alcohol is igniting the mouth. In reality the tongue and palate are warmed. The taste is characterized by its roundness. The aftertaste is strong, long-lasting and dry bitter.

- Description: The Cuvée des Trolls was created in 2000 in the tanks of microbrewery Le Brasse-Temps, which was established in Louvain-la-Neuve by Brasserie Dubuisson. It is an unfiltered blonde beer with a natural cloud. The beer is produced using only yeast, malt, hops, sugar and water and has an alcohol volume of 7%. Thanks to the addition of dried orange peel during the boiling process, the beer has very pleasant fruity aromas that are in beautiful harmony with its delicate, fully rounded taste.
